Boogie kept a close eye out for snakes, armadillos, and butterflies. We did see a bunch of butterflies (or just the same one over and over again . . .) and a bluejay, but no snake or armadillos. Boogie was pretty disappointed.
Bella wasn't disappointed in the sights, though; she was thrilled to see two different puppies walking the trails, too!
My little rock collector had me take pictures of every rock he found . . . aren't y'all glad I just choose to share one of those pics with y'all? Every rock looked the same to me!

We can't wait to go back to walk the trails we haven't yet explored . . . next time, we'll remember to bring a sack lunch with us!
