Fall Trees

We took a cue from the November 2009 issue of Parents mag and made created these great fall trees . . .

It was 'family time' so, yes, I made my Mr Bill do one, too

All I did was mix some glue and water in a bowl, dip some pieces of brown yarn, laid the pieces in a tree shape on some gray construction paper, let it dry. Then we got our craft paint and used a wine cork to stamp on the 'leaves'.

It was a lot of fun - everyone enjoyed the craft. Bella did get more paint on her hands and face than on her tree, but she was easily wiped clean with some near by wipies.

Now, I've got to go find a spot to display them!
